I separated the two inboxes on purpose after reading the official About page. Jim lists four routes there — general, Jason Schymick, server admin, and Steam support — and the addresses are obfuscated. I am not copying them. If your save broke, your Steam purchase failed, or a level will not load, use that official page. If a sentence on happywheels.run is wrong, use ours.

What to include

Send the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a link to the source. Price corrections should include the store country and the date you saw the price. We read mail at [email protected]. There is no other public address for this site, and no claim anywhere here that the site cannot be reached.

Official game support

totaljerkface.com/about.tjf is the developer’s contact page. The Discord at discord.gg/happywheels is the community server linked from the official homepage. Neither of those is operated by this guide.
