Privacy Policy
This site stores a single preference in localStorage under the key hw-consent for 180 days. Google Analytics 4 is the only measurement tag and it starts denied and cookieless. No advertising script is loaded, and the game is not embedded.

I wrote this policy against the HTML we actually ship. The inline consent script calls gtag('consent','default') with ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage set to denied, plus ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough, and only then gtag('config') for the Google Analytics 4 measurement id G-HL1WF3HTLX. There is no ad script tag and no seller id.
What runs on the page
The video is a file we host. It loads only after you press play. Screenshots and the logo are files on this domain. Outbound links to Steam, Total Jerkface, Fancy Force, Apple, Google Play, Wikipedia, Fandom, Discord, speedrun.com, and Nexus Mods are ordinary links. Those sites set their own cookies after you leave. We do not place their cookies.
Google Analytics 4 is the only measurement tag. It is loaded from googletagmanager.com with measurement id G-HL1WF3HTLX after the inline consent defaults have set analytics storage to denied, so the tag starts cookieless and writes no identifying analytics cookie until you accept measurement.

Cookies
We do not set first-party cookies of our own. The preference is localStorage, not a cookie. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the choice. Reject writes hw-consent with analytics and ads false, and measurement stays cookieless. Accept writes both true and calls gtag('consent','update'), which lets Google Analytics 4 write its own first-party cookies on this domain, _ga and _ga_HL1WF3HTLX, with Google's default lifetimes. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track both override acceptance and keep optional storage off. If browser storage is disabled, the page still works but cannot remember the choice.
Hosting and contact mail
The intended hosting and domain provider is Cloudflare. Its infrastructure processes network requests, including IP addresses, as needed to deliver the site; that is not a browser advertising or analytics tag. Mail to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to an editorial Gmail mailbox, so Cloudflare and Google process messages you choose to send. Do not include passwords or payment details. We use correction messages to investigate the report and delete them when no longer needed. The Google Analytics 4 tag described above is the only Google script on the page; no Cloudflare tracking script is installed.
Rights, ads opt-out, and changes
You can delete hw-consent in your browser’s site data, or email [email protected] to ask what this policy covers. We do not hold an account database, so there is no profile to export. Because we do not run personalized ads, there is no ad profile here to correct. You can still opt out of third-party ad personalization at Google’s ads settings, the DAA opt-out, and Your Online Choices. Rejecting measurement keeps the Google Analytics 4 tag in cookieless mode and creates no analytics cookie; a session already sent cannot be recalled until the page is reloaded. If we add another tag, this page will name it before it ships. The date at the top is the policy date.
