Bottle Flip Levels
Bottle Flip is not an official Happy Wheels mode. It is a stack of user levels, many by God_At_This between December 2020 and April 2021. A separate mini-game on another site also uses the name.

Where to playI opened the official profile level list for user 10484450 and saw the titles in a row: Bottle Flip, Bottle Flip #1, Bottle Flip Box, Bottle Flip Yeet, Bottle Flip (fixed), and GraysBottleFlip, dated from 23 December 2020 to 17 April 2021. That is the whole “mode.” I also opened happy-wheels.co, where Bottle Flip is their own tossing game sitting next to Happy Wheels in the menu. Those are not the same thing.
The bottle in the editor
The wiki’s bottle page says the prop arrived in v1.37 on 6 May 2011. It is the second-smallest miscellaneous object, after the soccer ball. It can shatter into glass, and it has sleeping and interactive settings. That object is why a flip level is even possible. There is no Bottle Flip button in the official Play menu.
How to find the maps
In the level browser, search the name “bottle flip.” Search is not case sensitive. You will get user maps of very different quality, because anyone can publish one. I did not record a play count for each God_At_This upload, only that the titles and dates are on the official profile list.

No. It is a community level theme. The official game has a bottle prop, not a bottle-flip mode.
