Is Happy Wheels for Kids?
No. The App Store rates Happy Wheels 17+, and Google Play rates it Mature 17+ for violence, blood, and gore. I would not hand it to a young child.

Where to playI searched ESRB’s site for “happy wheels” on 1 October 2026. The page said it was showing results, and then it listed no game. So I am not inventing an E, T, or M badge. The ratings I will stand behind are the two store badges and the Steam mature-content paragraph.
What the stores actually say
Steam’s mature-content note, from the store page: satirical cartoon violence, ragdoll characters in user-made obstacle courses, exaggerated injuries such as dismemberment and bleeding, and no sexual content. The store’s required_age field was 0, which means Steam was not forcing an age gate on the page. That is not the same thing as “fine for kids.”
| Place | Rating | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| App Store | 17+ | Profanity or crude humor, cartoon violence, realistic violence |
| Google Play | Mature 17+ | Violence, blood, and gore. Contains ads |
| Steam | No ESRB badge | Developer mature-content description |
| ESRB search | No entry | Checked 1 October 2026 |
What a parent can turn down
The iOS FAQ says you can reduce blood particles in settings. You cannot stop limbs from coming off. Steam lists custom volume controls, so the impact sounds can be lowered. On iOS, Apple’s rule also removed injury to the child who rides with Irresponsible Dad. The other versions do not have that limit.
